A few of you have asked about my "birthday look" (more photos here) - as
I previously mentioned I went out to Williamsburg to have my makeup down by Lauren Cosenza from the blog Divalicious. Lauren has worked on multiple shoots for many different media outlets (Lauren's portfolio) and I was excited to have her create the perfect birthday look for me as she showed me a few tips. What's great about this look is that all the items are budget friendly and goes to show you don't need to spend a fortune to look beautiful!

Lauren matched the look to my romper and chose dusty rose stain for my cheeks and lips and created a smoky eye using a jewel toned liner and charcoal eyeshadow. She toped of the look with bronzed checks and a little highlighter that glistened in the sun. |
