New York Style with Italian Flair

Monday, October 23, 2017

I love fall fashion simply for two reasons- muted colors and neutrals- it is one of my favorite combos. I grabbed this fringe short sleeve sweater at Century21 paired it with my favorite pair of ripped denim jeans and the perfect neutral accessories for a total New York look. This look is perfect for anything from brunch to shopping (my favorite pastime) and this Lo Zaino backpack by Chandra Keyser is great for a girl on the go.

A few years back I worked for an online styling company called Keaton Row. I started hosting stylist trainings at the Keaton Row office for newcomers who wanted to start in the business. Chandra attended one of my trainings and we quickly connected, I ended up being her mentor and was so impressed by her styling skills and ability to connect with those she was styling. She quickly became one of my top stylists and even after the company folded I followed her to see what she would do next.
I followed her travels (check out her instagram @chandrakeyserbags) as she left NYC for Italy and started her journey towards handbag making. Chandra's quality line of handbags are timeless and the perfect way to infuse some chic Italian flair into my New York wardrobe.
