Sipping on Mocktails

Let's talk Mocktails! These were my jam throughout pregnancy and got me through some of the really hot days! One of my favorite things to do was sit on the porch while sipping one of my mocktails and just enjoy life & there is nothing wrong with that. 
Mocktails not your thing? Add some vodka or rum and turn yours into a cocktail!

What I am Wearing:


Favorite Mocktails

Jalapeño Cucumber 
recipe for 2

Juice from 2 limes
4 Slices of cucumber
1/4 Jalapeño deseeded & cut in circles 
1 oz. agave syrup
3 oz. Orange Juice
Seltzer
3 tbsp. Tajin spicy Salt for the rim

-Pour Tajin spicy salt onto a plate in a circle, wet rim of glasses with lime and dip into the salt to line the rims. Fill each glass with ice and set aside
-Add lime juice, cucumber, agave and orange juice to a cocktail shaker and mix to combine
-Divide into two glasses and top each glass with seltzer 
-Garnish with a cucumber slice and jalapeño


Watermelon Mojito 
recipe for 2

1/4 c. freshly squeezed lime juice
2 c. seedless watermelon
Pinch of Sea Salt
1/1 c. mint leaves + more for garnish
1 c. crushed ice
3/4 c. seltzer
lime slices for garnish

-Add lime juice, cubed watermelon, ice and a pinch of sea salt into a blender, blend until combined
- divide fresh mint across two glasses, use a muddler to muddle the mint
-Divide combination from blender into the two glasses
-Fill the rest of the glasses with seltzer and add garnish

Peach Mojito
recipe for 2

1 ripe peach
1 lime
Handful of mint leaves
1 & 1/2 c. coconut water
1 c. lime flavored seltzer

-Slice peach into pieces & remove the skin
-Cut lime into wedges
-Add peaches to each glass and muddle with lime & mint
- Add ice to each glass & pour in 3/4 c. coconut water to each glass and 1/2 c. lime seltzer
-Garnish with extra lime wedges, peaches and mint
