Moving During The Pandemic with Flatrate

I have moved multiple times in my life and have had many moving experiences with multiple companies in New York. Two moves ago I had one of the most awful experiences and vowed "never again" and when I moved from the Upper East Side to LIC I did extensive research before booking my movers. I booked Flatrate after reading great reviews and had the best moving experience of my life. They arrived early, they calmed my nerves, they helped me with a few extra boxes I needed and made the entire experience seem effortless (even though I know lugging those huge boxes is not easy).

When it came to moving from my apartment in LIC to a house I knew I had to book Flatrate again and it was the bets decision I made. Our move was scheduled between 9-10am, the movers showed up at 8:30 and got straight to work. They were efficient and kept everything in order and provided me with so much comfort during a highly stressful time.

To make matters even more stressful we actually moved and closed on our new home on the same day (more to come on this in a later post). The team was so helpful and waited until we had the keys to start loading everything into the house. They placed all the boxes in the labeled zones making it easy for me to start setting up in my new space. Doing all of this during a pandemic was not easy but the entire team took the necessary precautions and wore masks the whole time white keeping it professional.  am forever grateful to them for providing such a positive experience during this time and even though I am planning to never move again they remain one of my top recommendations to anyone planning a move!
