Week 4 of the bikini series and I'm feeling good, 15 minute morning workouts really make a difference and I actually look forward to them rather than trying to avoid it!
Today's tip is some healthy ways to snack:
1. Handful of almonds
2. An apple and peanut butter ( this is my go-to, a little protein a lot of flavor and it keeps me full!!)
3. Chia seed pudding: something that always intrigued me so I bit bullet and made it last week.
1 cup chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
Dash of vanilla
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cinnamon
Combine and refrigerate for 1 hour prior to eating. (I left it overnight)
Cut up fruit to garnish
