Summer is never complete without a visit to a winery and there are quite a few within a few hours from the city that are worth the trip! We visited Salt Point, New York for our anniversary weekend and packed in a few activities throughout the weekend. As a nod to our honeymoon where we stopped in Temecula, California for a wine tasting we decided to give the East Coast a try. We were pleasantly surprised at how gorgeous the vineyard was and even more so at how delicious the wine was. We visited Millbrook Vineyards & Winery and chose a of a few reds, a few whites and of course my favorite summer drink rosé to try out. We left with a few bottles in hand and were able to continue the celebration at our VRBO farm house with a candlelit dinner.
For the occasion I thought this sleeveless holiday dress from Noracora was the perfect fit, I love a good maxi dress and this one moved perfectly in the breeze. Don't you just love how the colors look with this gorgeous backdrop? I felt like I blended in perfectly and loved wearing it for our anniversary. When planning for our weekend upstate I needed pieces that were versatile and most of all easy to pack. This dress rolled up easily and fit in my small suitcase (yes I packed light) and I was great to wear from day to night.
