How to Rock a Cold Shoulder in Cold Weather

Monday, November 13, 2017

Taking cold shoulders into fall & winter could be quite tricky and we New Yorkers learned that the hard way this past weekend. The temperatures dropped so suddenly everyone was wishing that that 70 degree mugginess would return to the city.
One of my favorite trends during the summer was the cold shoulder or off the shoulder (seen herehere and here to pin point a few) and there is no reason why that trend can not be transferred to the colder months with some great sweaters to keep you a bit more cozy.

I paired this neutral sweater with one this punta mita clutch by HNW Lux I love how this clutch is designed and can be used for any season. I can 100% picture it poolside (and quite honestly wishing I was poolside right now) but I absolutely love how it pairs with a sweater bringing a little fun flair to what can be a drab season. This punta mita clutch is hand beaded and has cute little pom moms at the top of the bag and is currently under $100.

As it cools down I love to wear more neutral colors and these Gordana booties have quickly become one of my go-to shoes for the season. The color is fantastic and goes with anything from beige to black and even navy and they are absolutely one of the most comfortable booties I own making it easy to wander around this city I love.

HNW Lux is not only known for bags, but for other fantastic accessories and I am loving this Bianca Necklace (also under $100) I have been wearing it with everything from every day sweaters and blouses to dresses on the weekends. It is a great statement piece to own and people will definitely be asking you "where did you get that?"
