Watermelon Chiller

Summer in the city is tough, the beaches are far and pools are limited but I am lucky enough to have found a great apartment with a patio and have been taking every chance I get to take advantage of it. Watermelon Chiller:

3 cups cubed seedless watermelon, well chilled

1 1/2 fresh limes, juiced

1/4 cup rum (if you want a virgin chiller add club soda instead of rum)

Simple syrup or agave nectar, or your favorite sweetener, to taste
