Studded

This winter in NYC has had it's ups and downs- despite one major snow storm (right at the start of NYFW) we have been pretty lucky otherwise. The warmer winter allowed me to purchase items that I was able to start wearing early and carry into spring.

This Studded Faux Leather Jacket by Tart Collections (on sale now) is one of my favorites and while I got to wear it a few days during the winter with jeans, I am looking forward to pairing it over my favorite dresses for spring. Studs are one of my favorite trends (another fab studded look seen here) and I decided to pair this jacket with another hot trend- fringe denim. I was a bit scared to try this trend but I am absolutely obsessed with it- it's a little departure from your regular denim with a little added playful twist at the bottom. 

Because I wanted to play up the fringe, I paired this look with these fab pumps I grabbed at the Zara sale (yes I struck big time this year grabbing some great items shop a similar style here) I topped this look off with my favorite handbag from Oliver Bilou- this bag is roomy and spacious and fits my camera which is a huge plus.
