Just because it's Winter does not mean you need to put away those off cold shoulder tops and mini skirts especially if you are in New York. The weather has been up and down and I have been relishing the days that are in the 50's and perfect for shedding the layers. I put this look together as another idea for Valentine's Day, my first one (seen here) was a more casual look perfect for a low-key romantic night like a paint night or a local wine tasting. This one has dinner or drinks/dinner and drinks written all over it.
I love this cold shoulder bell sleeve top (only $16), it was something different for me to try and I love the burgundy color especially for Valentine's Day. I paired it with a suede mini skirt (shop similar styles here & here) and my favorite pair of black booties that have lasted me for a few seasons now. For a night out I tend to grab a smaller purse and this slate crossbody is one of my go-to bags (on sale now).
