Power Hour

How do you power hour in NYC? In between the fast paced busy day I always try to squeeze in some me time to unwind either at the gym or at a class. Lately I have been hitting spin at least once a week and filling in the rest of the time with pilates, yoga, walking outside (while it's warm enough) and sprints of cardio at the gym. Keeping fit and healthy is so important to me, how do you power hour?
