I love getting out of New York for New Years, not that I don't love New York but I love the idea of being somewhere new and exciting. Last year I was able to spend the Holiday in the Bahamas (seen here) but this year I thought it would be exciting to be in a place I have never been before. Since the plan was to stay up in order to toast 2016 I set out to take it easy and enjoy a beach and pool day.

After breakfast I made a quick change into my swimsuit in order to hit the beach and pool for the rest of the morning and afternoon.

After heading out to dinner at Los Olivos, an Italian restaurant located at the resort we were ready to ring in the New Year. Here are some snapshots, Happy New Year!
