Well, you all know I love to mix high and lows so of course my top and skirt combined were under $40! This top I grabbed at H&M this season and have killed it, it's been mixed and matched with basically about every bottom I own and I love that about this top! And, what's even better in this heat it does the trick, just sheer enough but not too sheer that you can throw on a bandeau bra and call it a day!
