Summer is winding down and NY is feeling a bit crisp so, I am holding onto every sunny moment and making the best of it. I am in love with this cobalt blue mixed layered hem top with laser cut floral lace from Caralase, it is the quintessential Summer tank yet will transition perfectly into Fall! Since the silhouette on this top is a-line I paired it with a bandage skirt and a pair of my favorite Summer sandals.
