Manufacture NY (MNY) hosted the first ever Launch NY fashion show this week in NYC. MNY is  a company based in Brooklyn that supports local designers in the NYC area with facilities where they can turn their ideas into fashion. They provide the tools necessary for producing clothing so that independent fashion designers can have an opportunity to shine. Their main goal is to bring fashion back to the independent designers and out of the commercial scene to create a more vibrant and automous fashion scene here in NYC. This year they have decided to showcase these local designers from NYC and the surrounding areas in an 8-day fashion week called "Launch NYC".  So what is trending for Fall 2014? I got a front row seat to see all the action!
