Golden Grass

Innovative doesn't even begin to describe the HAUTEmele line of jewelry, an Amazonian inspired jewelry collection including one of a kind pieces with a natural eclectic feel. Two weeks ago I got the unique opportunity to hang with Emily and get a sneak peek at her line of bikinis and accessories (seen here).

Her accessory collection includes necklaces, bracelets and earrings made from unique materials such as golden grass, coconut and beach shells all sourced and made in Brazil. Golden grass is nothing like I have ever seen before, it is rare, light , durable and naturally golden with no use of dyes. This fiber can only be found in an arid region dotted with oases in the heart of Brazil. What is more unique and golden than that?!
