Undeniably Me: Spring Bags

First of all a big thank-you to SJ for letting me take up a little space on her lovely blog.  I’m Elizabeth, and I blog over at Undeniably Me.   That’s where I write about my style, food, apartment, and whatever else happens to strike my fancy.
Now, if you are anything like me, you’ve probably taken in quite a bit of all the spring sales going on lately.  With all these new clothes though, we need some spring accessories to perfectly compliment our outfits – specifically, a handbag.

Lanvin Partition Snake Clutch $3,400

Lanvin Snakeskin Small Pouch $745

H&M Suede Clutch $54
Snake Print Crossbody (sold out)
Snakeskin is probably my favorite trend this season.  Especially now that it’s becoming bold and bright.  Add one of these to whatever you are wearing, and you have an instant outfit.  To quote Nina Garcia in April’s Marie Claire: “Snakeskin is everywhere – bags, shoes, even dresses.  But unlike seasons past, it isn’t your garden-variety fabrication.  The colors are bold, unconventional, and , dare I say, stirking.”

Tory Burch Robinson Spectator $712.63
Aldo Proa Pastel $40
Lilac It Bag
Pastel Cambridge Satchel (sold out)
Rebecca Minkoff Mini MAC $195
Pastel tends to make an appearance every spring, but on a sweet leather bag, it is gorgeous.  I am loving that ALDO fold over clutch – the mix of colors would go with every outfit I could possibly wear.

Tory Burch Brigitte Cosmetic Case $78
Michael Kors Navy&White Stripe Travel Tote $400
Fiorella Alice Medium Satchel $61
Stella&Dot Red Ikat Hang on Travel Case $39
Tory Burch Viva Canvas&Leather Backpack $395
Will nautical ever go out of style?  Ever preppy and sophisticated, nautical is a springtime-must.  My favorite is the MK tote, but the Tory Burch cosmetic case takes a close second.  Can’t you just see me on the yacht now, dear?

So what is your favorite bag trend on 2013?  I hope to see you sometime over at Undeniably Me.
